What do you do to combat your down days?

I buy books, blog, and– sadly, anesthetically– sleep.

Mostly sleep though.

Anyone have some better tips?

  1. When I’m feeling down I like to go on a walk and listen to a podcast. This is really soothing to me, especially if the sun is out. I also like to read, watch TV, or call people. Also, doing pilates or light stretching is also soothing for me.
