Thanks Alison! Sometimes I worry that I bore or offend half of my audience all the time– that those who read for the OCD parts are annoyed with the writing bits and vice versa. But all of it is ME, so I just plug away! 🙂 This message means a lot!
No I really appreciate both. I’ve learned so much about OCD and mental health in general. And even though the ways these things touch my life aren’t always perfectly aligned with what you are writing about it is so meaningful to have someone be so open and honest and encouraging about mental illness.
