You may get rather uncomfortable reading this post. Sometimes being uncomfortable is bad for you. Other times, it’s good for you. Either way, it’s uncomfortable. It isn’t my hope to offend, to be creepy, to be obsessively ranting of my woes. It is my hope to open your eyes, to offer hope to those struggling.
I mentioned in my last post that I would be talking about “ideas of reference” (also known as “ideas of delusion). Many people struggling with mental illness have ideas of reference, and believe me, it’s not an easy thing to deal with.
