How can we ever catch our breath?

I haven’t even published the post I wrote about Charlottesville yet. And since then, we’ve had Harvey, Irma, Maria. 45 has been taunting a madman with nukes. And Las Vegas.

There just seems to be no end in sight to the horror.

And I have not even known any of the killed or injured. I can’t imagine the kind of pain that is devastating the hearts of the people who have lost loved ones.

I don’t know what to say. But I don’t want to be silent. I want to take action.
